Return Policy

You may return any product within 30 days (thirty days) from the delivery date. If the product is defective or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team to request a replacement or refund via e-mail: [email protected].

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all accessories.
  • A proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order number) and a completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form (provided by our team) must accompany the return.

Return Shipping

If the product (including its original packaging) weighs less than 15kg (33 lbs) and does not exceed 105cm (41 inches) in height, width, or length, you may return it via standard post.

Our team will email you a prepaid return label (if applicable) or instructions for self-shipping.

Return instructions:

  1. Pack the product securely in its original or similar protective packaging.
  2. Include all accessories and documentation.
  3. Attach the RMA form (or a copy of the packing slip) with the return reason clearly stated.

Important:

  • International returns: Customers outside Brazil may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a seller error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).
  • Non-eligible returns: Opened/customized products or items damaged due to misuse are not eligible.
  • Refunds: Processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned item.
